1.4 These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 Minimum Age. The juanph platform is strictly for adults. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law, you must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activity on the juanph platform. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of jurisdiction.

2.3 Jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the juanph platform from a prohibited territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one active juanph account. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 To access the full features of the juanph platform, you must register an account by providing your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Philippine mobile phone number, and a secure password. All information provided must be accurate, truthful, and kept current.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your juanph login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorized by you.
3.3 You must notify juanph's customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, or if your login credentials have been compromised. juanph will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
3.4 Account registration, maintenance, and all gaming activities are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). juanph operates a unified wallet — your balance is accessible across all gaming sections of the platform without requiring internal fund transfers.
3.5 juanph may require additional verification ("Enhanced Due Diligence") for accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns or for accounts reaching certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds, consistent with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance obligations.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
juanph accepts the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and DragonPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). juanph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.
4.2 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your juanph wallet within sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take between five (5) and thirty (30) minutes depending on banking system availability. juanph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
4.3 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day. juanph reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed to payment methods other than those used for the associated deposit, unless expressly approved by the juanph compliance team.
4.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements
Funds received as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Real money balances and bonus balances are tracked separately in your juanph wallet. Real money funds are always wagered before bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
AMLA Compliance: In accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), juanph is required to report certain transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). This includes single transactions and series of transactions that exceed reporting thresholds prescribed by PAGCOR. Providing false information to circumvent these reporting obligations is a criminal offence under Philippine law.
4.5 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager). juanph may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant account balances after written notice to the registered email address. The monthly fee will not cause a negative balance. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any activity.
5.1 juanph offers various bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published on the juanph platform and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of twenty times (20×) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The standard maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is ₱500 per spin or round, unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion terms.
5.3 Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
5.4 juanph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus at any time if juanph reasonably suspects bonus abuse, system exploitation, or fraudulent activity.
5.5 Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. Bonus funds have no cash value and may not be exchanged for real money independently of completing the applicable wagering requirements.
6.1 All games available on the juanph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and audited for compliance with internationally recognized fairness standards. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and provided in good faith.
6.2 In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, juanph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. juanph's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

6.4 Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change without notice. Bets placed and confirmed prior to a change in odds are honored at the odds displayed at the time of placement. juanph reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or void sports markets in the event of irregular betting patterns, data feed errors, or events beyond juanph's reasonable control.
6.5 For live casino games, juanph relies on third-party game studio feeds (including Ezugi). In the event of a studio outage or feed disruption, affected game rounds may be voided and stakes returned. The live casino studio's decisions regarding disputed hands or spins are final and binding.

10.2 By creating a juanph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and PAGCOR compliance reporting.
10.3 juanph implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, juanph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the juanph platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or the outcome of any wager.
11.2 juanph's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
11.3 The juanph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. juanph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, though juanph makes reasonable commercial efforts to maintain high availability.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude juanph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12.1 juanph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players by email notification to the address on record or by a notice displayed prominently on the juanph platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR regulatory direction or applicable law.
12.2 Your continued use of the juanph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure via juanph's customer support.
12.3 The version number and effective date of the current Terms are displayed at the top of this document and in the table of contents. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms for changes.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and juanph, you agree to first contact juanph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. juanph aims to resolve all customer complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable to PAGCOR-licensed operators. juanph fully cooperates with PAGCOR in all regulatory and dispute resolution matters.
13.4 Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above processes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
